We have been in contact over the last week with our assigned Federal mediator from the National Mediation Board and the company regarding dates to return to bargaining. The same mediator, Michael Kelliher, remains assigned to our negotiations. Today, the NMB set dates for bargaining to recommence: 

12/9/25 - 12/12/25
1/6/26 - 1/9/26
2/10/26 - 2/12/26
3/3/26 - 3/6/26
3/24/26 - 3/27/26

Negotiation sessions will be held in Chicago. 

Additionally, the Negotiating Committee is finalizing a survey of the Membership regarding the Tentative Agreement. This survey will be reviewed with the MEC next week at the MEC meeting (Aug 13 to 15). The survey will open the week following the MEC meeting.   

Once the survey has been completed and the results compiled, the Negotiating Committee will review to develop proposals for the negotiations of a second Tentative Agreement based on your priorities. The proposals will be approved by the MEC before the recommencement of negotiations.
