Your Voice Matters! The Contract 2021 Flight Attendant Negotiation Survey is now open. Flight Attendants are received their Flight Attendant Negotiations Survey packet at their mailing address of record.
If you did not receive your access code, after allowing a reasonable amount of time for your survey packet to arrive in the mail, please contact our Negotiations Survey Help Line at: 1(800) 624-3907, ext. 546.
Your mailed survey packet includes a detailed instruction sheet including your 6-character access code which you will need to login to the survey system.
Your 6-character access code is printed to the right side of your mailing address on the letter received within your survey packet.

The Negotiations Survey may be accessed from a desktop or laptop computer as well as a mobile device.
The survey, hosted by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center, uses different question types, skip logic, and a customized survey template.
Once in the survey, your answers will be saved every time you click "NextPage"
*** You may work on the survey for as long as you would like and return to the survey any time before submitting it by using your 6-character access code.
Mark your response to each survey question. Submit your finished survey by clicking "Submit Survey" on the last page on the online survey.
IMPORTANT: Once you have clicked "Submit Survey" you will not be able to re-enter the survey system and modify any response.
Once the survey is complete, the information will be collected and the data from the survey will be used to formulate our opening proposals.
