The Survey has a respond by date of May 31, 2021 at 1600 Central Time.
Your mailed survey packet included a detailed instruction sheet including your 6-character access code which you will need to login to the survey system.
Your 6-character access code is provided at the front of your instruction page in the letter received within your survey packet.

The Contract 2021 Flight Attendant Negotiations Survey II may be accessed from a desktop or laptop computer as well as a mobile device.
Once in the survey, your answers will be saved every time you click "NextPage"
